My braids are always beautiful. Whenever I’m out and about I receive countless compliments. The service is always great and the staff is both friendly and welcoming.The atmosphere is comfortable. I have been here twice. Both times have been a success. I have really thick hair so it has always taken at least 5 hours. I thought the stylist were nice and worked together. I even had 4 to 5 people working my head one day. My two complaints are that I have extremely coily/tangly thick hair and both times the blow drying experience to stretch my coils has been miserable. Also I have lost a few braids, that they have placed back in for me. I don't want to say that was due to them that the braids slipped out, but it could have been due to my coily hair and the length. This is my first time, maybe I’ll come back. They are horrible with appointment! I made an appointment on Monday, the lady was a no show. Reschedule for Friday, they lady didn’t even rennet she added me too her chair because of my missed appointment. She did a good job doing my hair. My only complaint is she didn’t leave me any edges and pulled my edges so tight. Hopefully they loosen up. Overall she was fast done with crochet braids in two hrs.
