Whatever. Bottom line, it got the job done by the deadline. City of Alexandria traffic court gave me a flyer with scant info, lacking details. 1) An online course is acceptable to the Court, provided it appears on the DMV's approved list, 2) you must submit the completion certificate to the Court, so complete the course at least one week before your deadline, to allow time for out-of-state mailing via FedEx 2-Day, and 3) because there are no proctoring centers in the City of Alexandria, you can take the EXAM online as well, and DMV's normal requirement is dropped, of showing up somewhere in person to take the exam.
