While many appreciate the clinic's thoughtful gestures, such as checking in after an appointment and offering condolences after the loss of a pet, some clients note that the lack of Saturday hours can be inconvenient for full-time workers. Overall, Keywood Animal Clinic is highly recommended for pet owners seeking attentive, compassionate, and professional veterinary care.
Wonderful staff , very knowledgeable and friendly. Very compassionate as well. When I had to have my aunts little dog put to rest , they were so very kind and sympathetic. The prices beat all that ive seen too. I've had 6 cats spade there and it didn't cost a fortune and they are fantastic with the fur babies.
Was lucky to have my Gordon Setter. Jack Black receive his shots and evaluation after 4 months in a kennel. Very professional staff also helped me with his identification tag and chip. Three weeks passed he is processing nicely.
They are absolutely fantastic. I can't recommend them enough. Except, they aren't open on Saturdays. That alone has caused me more grief than having a crappy vet that WAS open on Saturdays. It's becoming a deal breaker and I hate it has to be this way. It's impossible for a full-time worker to have pets around here and get them the care they need.
