Studying martial arts with Han Shi Laing has had so many benefits for me and my wife. Obviously it's nice to to know for self defense but also being able to drop all the cares in the world and focus on sharpening our minds and bodies for a period of time every few days has just done wonders for our health, both physically and mentally. We've even incorporated practice at home on the days that we don't have class so it's really become a daily practice. Because of this, we feel strong, focused and calm throughout the entire week! Big thanks to everyone at Blue Ridge Kung Fu Arnis Academy!

Chris Laing is a great teacher, an excellent martial artist and a good man. You will get so much from training and learning with him. Highest recommendation.
