Gordon and his crew did an amazing job! I had water damage from a dishwasher and they cane in and replaced the damaged floor and refinished everything to match perfectly. They were quick and very easy to work with.
What an experience, while doing research, we came upon Gordon and his team and were able to easily schedule an in-person meeting in order to obtain a quote. I did not expect Gordon to be so honest about our flooring situation and turn down work. The short story is that our existing hardwood was too thin to refinish. He said he wouldn't feel good about doing the work for it to fall apart later, not due to his work, but old and thin wood. We move ahead on a plan to rip out the old floor for a DIY job of LVP install. When we pulled the old floor up, we found the original sub-floor of Fir that's in decent shape. The Hardwood Floor Guys were great to work with from start to finish. When we moved into our house, we knew that the hardwood floors would need to be refinished. There wasn't anyone else that I would trust with the job. Gordon is honest and upfront about everything involved with the job. He listened to what we wanted to do and offered his ideas and opinion on what he thought would work best. We had a few minor issues with the flooring that couldn't have been predicted, but Gordon and his crew made sure that things were fixed properly and that we were happy with how everything turned out.
