Scott and Kyler just completed our furnace/AC installation and I am very impressed with these guys and Alta Air. They did a great job checking every detail to ensure accurate operation. Scott and Kyler were on time, respectful of our house and really were engaged in their work. Outstanding, it was a pleasure to work with them.

My AC started freezing up on the hottest day of the year, of course. I called Alta Air and had an assessment scheduled which they managed to do that very afternoon. Ray went over all my options and explained the benefits. I called back the next day to schedule a full replacement of my 20 year old system and they came the next day. The installers Scott and Kyler did a fantastic job. Aside from a very understandable amount of noise, I hardly knew they were here. They finished up and showed me the maintenance points I might need to know, and always had informative answers to my questions. My call was answered on Monday and a service was scheduled for the next day. Austin came out to check my system and determined it was dead. Matt came by on Wednesday and provided me with options for new systems. Decision was made and Scott and Kyler installed the new system on Friday. Alta Air is a great company to work with.
