Just like everyone else, I waited until the first big storm to turn on my heater and discover it was flagging. Jeff and Lamar got to me promptly and fixed the heater in about 15 minutes with a new capacitor. He could have easily sold me a new motor - honest business! Great work.
When I called, I was asking to have a technician to come out and check our furnace in order to put us on their schedule. We have a relatively small window of time in which to get the repair performed. When Jeff arrived, he came with the motor needed for our old furnace and got us up and running.
Jeff is a super star.
I have always felt I can get a good feel for the character and quality of a person. When I called Just Right to come out and look at my AC, they told me it was in rough shape and quoted me a $800 fix for two parts. I could tell even talking with their service guy that something was off. When I found Jones Heating and Air and spoke with Jeff on the phone to get a second opinion, I knew immediately he is a stand up guy who is honest, has integrity, and stands by his work.
