Titan Architectural Products has been buying lumber from High Mountain for years. Not only are their prices great, so is their service. For example, twice we have met customers onsite to pick through materials, not something we typically do, but they had no problem letting us take our time and they brought several units for us to pick through. Recently we had some mineral streaks in some white oak that we did not notice until the boards had planed down. They agreed to refund to replace the board footage without question. If you are a woodworker of any kind, this is the place to get wood. Super friendly people to help you out and never make you feel like you annoy them by being alive... you’ve been to that store. Great wood products, great prices, great service, why go anywhere else?

Their customer service rocks. Even though I am a small shop. They know my name every time I come in the door or call in. They can deliver to homes or shops for super cheap. I live in Saratoga Springs, Utah and they have no problem delivering to me. I know they have also delivered all the way up to idaho. I can go up and handpick through really great wood. Their pricing is really great. Can you think of anything else that you are looking for in a good supply company?
