There guys are very good at what they do and I highly recommend them. But I was disappointed in having to pay them again to come out after I paid them to service the cover early this year, and the issue was not a broken part but a lubrication issue that should of been address in the service they performed earlier.
Great service I picked them instead of other companies because they were thorough professional gave me an estimate one day sent their technician out it was very friendly got along great with my dogs did it in one day told me exactly what they were going to do told me exactly what it was going to cost I'd use them again in 10 minutes and they were $700 cheaper than the other place screwed me around for 6 weeks
So far--this has been a wonderful experience. Original plan was to have Cover Care come and do a "maintenance." First words were "You need a new cover." We had a quote within an hour--ordered it that same day with a commitment for a installation day. Joe showed up on time and our cover is beautiful and works. There were some issues with our cover vault, but Joe was able to work through those (this work is temporary) and get our cover working. This work was above and beyond--he could have just told us to get the vault fixed and then he would be back--leaving us without the use of our pool--likely for weeks.
