I helped my brother get in contact with these people for a proposal. He paid 400$ for this propsal package. He had told my brother he would be at his house in 30-45 minutes to set up the proposal decor. I left my son's game early to be there to let them in the gates. I called my brother to asked for a new eta from Daniel. No response for 20 minutes. They didnt show up for another 30 minutes. This proposal was supposed to happen at 5pm. It didn't happened until 630. Not only that, they had forgotten to bring the heart piece. So we all had to wait for them to bring that back too.
