Absolute worst experience for manicure pedicure the nail polish was supposed to be gel but paint coming off within two hours by the next day pain was half missing on each finger the toe polish the same. I went back the next day to have fingers repainted that paint lasted a week. I know it's a school and you need feedback. My granddaughter at 9 years old did a better job on the pedicure she didn't attempt to file the heel.

Worst pedicure I've ever had. I've had many aesthetics/bodywork services done by students, and they are usually very good. Not this time. This place has NO atmosphere whatsoever terrible lighting, ugly, "institutional" feeling. The student did nothing to remove the dead skin and calluses on the bottom of my feet (no pumice stone, filing, etc.). I had to ASK her to cut my long toenails (she wouldn't have if I hadn't specifically asked). She used gel polish when I requested regular, and I had to pay extra to get the gel removed the next time I went for a pedicure (at a real salon). No instructor supervision at all -- there was no one to quality-check her work or to ask me for feedback (which is desperately needed if this student ever wants to learn how to do a proper pedicure service). I would absolutely never go again.

My sister scheduled mani and pedis and a wax job for us. The Salon was too dark for the student to see what she was doing.

I got a manicure and a pedicure and with in hours my gel polish is already chipping off. I wish I could upload the pictures. The student did not paint my whole nail either. The sides are not painted. It was the Worst job I personally ever have received.

The student was not given a lunch break before my appointment at 1pm , and she told me it was my fault that she did not get a break, even though food was ordered for her. I would have preferred her to take time and eat, before starting on my services. She may have been kidding, but red flags popped up for me.

The Teacher did not charge me for my wax job, but I would have preferred to get proper service and pay for it. The teacher ended up doing my one of my eyebrows because the student needed more direction. I looked at my eyebrows
in the Salon, and noticed something a miss, but at that point I needed to go home and did not trust having any more services from this establishment. I left after 4 pm.

It is what it is.

They did a fantastic job.

Do not come here. They ruined my hair completely and made me feel like a monster while doing it.

I take my grandson few times,that was great he was very please w his hair cut.nice and friendly people.

Ok--I hardly ever review places, but thought I should to warn everyone. I have come here several times bc they are close to me and cheap. Plus I thought I would give different stylists a chance. The vibe of this place is JUNKY! It does not feel like you are in a salon. The sinks are uncomfortable and only one works well, so there is usually a line. Even the best working one the temperature will scald all of a sudden. I usually get my hair colored/cut here. They do not teach their students how to rinse out color well. The teachers never say anything which makes me think that they are incompetent or more likely just don't care. I have had to go back 3 times for corrections and I am soooo not picky, but it was BAAAAD. I don't even send food back. I went to the Paul Mitchell school in Provo and I couldn't believe the difference for almost the same price. The students there look happy and it feels like a high end salon not a dumpy, divy hole in the wall. Someone needs to bulldoze that place and start a restaurant. Trust me--if you care at all about your hair STAY FAR AWAY!

One of the most motivational places I have been, pushed to extreme learning, and a very powerful place!!!!!!❤️ Definitely love all the students!
