“This is a simple barber shop... not a beauty salon, although they do have a nail tech (very nice gal and did a great job on her client) and they are skilled to do haircuts and other services beyond simple cuts. I was able to get in the next day and at times I think they even have walk-in appointments open.I needed a trim is all, and that's exactly what I got! No pressure or upsales, there wasn't any loud obnoxious music for the stylists to have to chatter louder over. It was nice. Yes, some music in the background but it was at a relaxing level.5 stars because for $20 I didn't have to wait 2 weeks to get in, I got what I wanted and needed without all the stuff I didn't want or need. It was clean and easy to find, the people there working were polite and courteous and they exceeded my expectations for a 'barber shop' in their skills and hospitality.Shanna was who trimmed my hair, and she's a very nice, happy, and pleasant person to be around! Thanks, Shanna!(The parking sucks tho. Park on the street if you can! )“
“I had to find a new lash technician closer to me with crazy flexible hours….boy did I hit the jackpot!! I LOVE LOVE this place!! They are open weekdays AND weekends. My technician was Sydney and she did an AMAZING job on my lashes. I went with the hybrid (usual) and they look natural!! Sydney did great with the glue (you can’t even see) and placement. She didn’t rush. Rushing causes blemishes ?.I HIGHLY recommend Sydney for lashes!! ❤️❤️“

“Shonna literally is the best hair stylist for people with sensory issues. She is so kind and understanding with autistic people. My brother got a perm by her and it turned out amazing of course and she made small talk to him and didn’t treat him differently just because he has a disability. She actually listened to him when he talked about how he wanted his hair done which most people we have gone to don’t really do that so that was a nice change. We got it done of the 6th of September and it’s been about a week and he already has gotten multiple compliments on his hair. “We were admitted promptly. The facility is very clean and orderly with a bunch of amenities for patron's use. The therapist was attentive and didn't speak during the massage, except to check on my well being, enhancing the experience.Upon completion, I was offered electrolyte water and frozen grapes and escorted into the relaxation room, which lives up to it's title. Returning to the dressing room there is privacy and security and the option to shower, with soap, conditioner and body wash provided as well as thirsty towels to dry off with. Overall, a great experience and we will be returning again! Thank you New Image!“
