We were admitted promptly. The facility is very clean and orderly with a bunch of amenities for patron's use. The therapist was attentive and didn't speak during the massage, except to check on my well being, enhancing the experience.Upon completion, I was offered electrolyte water and frozen grapes and escorted into the relaxation room, which lives up to it's title. Returning to the dressing room there is privacy and security and the option to shower, with soap, conditioner and body wash provided as well as thirsty towels to dry off with. Overall, a great experience and we will be returning again! Thank you New Image!

I’m used to normally going to Thai places for massages but I wanted to give this place a try and I absolutely loved it. Such a great and peaceful spot. Great changing rooms with robes and showers and anything you need after.The massage with Cathy was amazing! She worked specifically on releasing the points for my headache and I felt like a new person mentally and physically after. Will be certainly coming back!

Best spa/massage I've ever gotten! I love the frozen grapes and the relaxation room had the biggest Himalayan salt wall. The steam shower was really cool I was not expecting that.
