CareNow Urgent Care - West Point

This is my favorite urgent care. You can check in online, you’re always seen quickly, and you can even get your prescriptions here without going to a pharmacy. It’s incredibly convenient and I always feel my family is well taken care of.

I didn’t have to wait for a long time. Medical staff are all professional, supportive and helpful. Gave me the best care medication that my condition needed.

Thank you to all the staff that worked in the afternoon today 04/12/2026. I was having one of the worst days ever with excruciating kidney pain to the point of almost passing out and throwing up a couple times on the way there. Where as I understand that when you come in it’s a first come first serve basis the reaction of the staff was to be grateful for and acknowledge there is humans out there that still have empathy and compassion for others. They could have chosen to send me to the ER and have to deal with what I was going through for more time in what minutes seemed like hours or have me wait for a long time which I’m not sure I would have made... read full review
