Sage is amazing! I came in late and expected her to be annoyed but I couldn’t come earlier. She was more than happy to accommodate me and made the whole experience feel good. That’s initially why I switched my membership to here but I get it, you’re tired at the end of your night and that last person you want to see is me rolling in 5 minutes to closing. Thanks sage for making the best experience possible.

My husband and I joined and Tatum has been the representative fromstart. She is kind, professional, welcoming and just a good representative for PBT.There was one time when a coverage person was there named Bailey, and she used all of our tan dollars without upgrading our membership as we asked her to do… thank goodness she is not at the WJ location on a regular.Thank you Tatum!
