I went in today after driving all the way from Grantsville, where I moved recently, and was told my points had expired also. I was NEVER told they had an expiration when I bought them and I had enough left for several sessions. I’ve been moving and it’s been a few months since I’ve been able to come in. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had purchased 12 credits. I had babies back to back. I called today to see how many I had left and she let me know they expired. When I purchased the credits they didn’t expire. They’re now telling me I can’t use them and I’m out of luck. Do not go here. They’ll steal your money and then say they expire. I didn’t sign one piece of paperwork stating they expired. Filing BBB complaint next and will keep going the ladder.

I called and spoke to a woman who was able to give me prices and even the option to pay in advance to surprise my wife. Great place.My wife said it's the best tan she has had in a long time.
