Edit:I was contacted and they realized the error was on their end and there was just a miscommunication. I really appreciate them for reaching out to me and and I will for sure consider them in the future.This review and 1 star is regarding how they handle warranties NOT about the technician. Mark the Technician was wonderful and was able to quickly find the problem.I called NorthStar because their sticker was on my furnace. My furnace had stopped blowing warm air. The woman who answered was able to find the account for the house. The previous owners of the home had a new furnace installed back in 2017 and it came with a 10 year warranty. So I live in an apartment complexI have been having issues with our furnace since October. Ive been reporting it to our management, maintence guys couldnt figure it out so they called someone from North Star. A guy named Dylan showed up right away. He assessed our furnace and found the issues within minutes. He was very friendly and very helpful in answering all my questions. He explained the issues in a way I could understand. I really appreciated his help and because of him were getting a new furnace! Haha
North Star is a wonderful local company. They have taken care of us since our installation a couple of years ago. Dylan N. Was friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure I understood what maintenance I needed to do on my furnace.
