Yesterday I had a battery emergency and needed to get it replaced fast. I dropped by this Les Schwab an hour before closing to see if there was anything they could do. They not only said they would help me without an appointment, but they went way above and beyond by driving to a different Les Schwab to get the battery I needed, and had it completely installed and sent me on my way in 45 minutes. They were so kind and professional and made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you Ramon, Mike, Adam, and Uly! We're customers for life!
We had an oil change, tire rotation & break/rotor replacement. Ramon helped us, he did a thorough explanation of why the rotors needed replacement & explained all the charges in detail. My car was finished fairly quickly for a Saturday. Good customer service.
