Dr Elyse Lake is a Dr I work closely with as she often refers to the clinic I work at. I was thrilled to know that I had my sick visit today with her. I expressed some financial concerns with her during my appointment and she received that information without altering my care. She helped my family out so much. Wonderful doctor.
I also want to recognize the gentleman who roomed me. He was a very respectful and compassionate MA. As well as the front desk staff, and any one else present during my clinic visit, it’s hard to work long nights in a clinic. Dr. Larsen is awesome! He has helped me so much and I feel like he really cares about his patients!
Here we need to be careful and clear. There's two locations in Salt Lake City, Urah. The location at West Jordan 7800 south, it was falling down with the years. I was a patient there since year 2000, and the oatient care was so different. They had a good front desk and phone care. Today do not call because you'll died waiting and the front desk ladies has no customer service training at all. They said that are bilingual but I don't know who evaluated them because it's hard to understand what they said in any language.
Another issue is if you want to pay cash because you don't have insurance, looks like they need to milk the insurance because they tried to make medical...read full review
