From the beginning phone call to make an appointment to when I was finished with my appointment it was a fantastic experience. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful in making the appointment. When filling out the initial forms, we received the help that we needed to get that done. And Dr. Chappell was very knowledgeable and thorough in his examination and in preparing a treatment plan.
