I definitely recommend ideal image I was extremely nervous about going through with my appointment for laser hair removal. They changed my appointment two days before an informed me that my nurse had resigned. I’m extremely shy and was hesitant about a new nurse, but Kaitlyn was very professional, very kind and gentle, and by the end of my treatment I was completely comfortable with returning for my next treatment in eight weeks. I recommend ideal image for their professionalism and caring about their customers.

Nina is the best around. Professional, and has an amazing ability to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Entire staff is polite, helpful and help you navigate aesthetics and finding the best treatment plan for you and your needs.

I’ve been going to ideal image for all my beauty maintenance for about 5 years. Caitlyn has done my Botox the last couple times and is amazing! So sweet and the service is quick! Which is great for me and my schedule. I moved to Idaho falls and i still wait till I’m visiting salt lake to get it done so i can go to the West Jordan location.
