Lori was awesome! She gave me the full tour and rundown on all the ins and outs. I was excited to try hotworx and loved my first workout! It was exactly what I needed to get back into exercising. Looking forward to trying them all.

I started HOTWORX in October of 2024, I have done the gym thing I have done outdoor running I have done biking, I have done classes. HOTWORX just hits right! You can come in and do a quick 15 minute HIIT cycle, row or blast session, or a 30 minute core session or a longer 40 minute iso, stretch, maybe a band workout or even a warrior. Ect. The infrared combined with the unique workouts is a great workout! You can go at your pace. There is also a free weights area that is not in a sauna. Bonus!!!! Open 24 hours for conscience, scheduling so you know you don’t have to wait for anyone! You’re in your own sauna so there is privacy, no awkward stares from weirdos! It’s the perfect place for a workout and an awesome owner and amazing staff! I give this place 10 stars!!!!

This place is 🔥! I was in the hunt for a place to improve my self and loose some lbs. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the choices these days with ads on insta and Facebook. I drive by this location daily I did some research on infra red heat benifits. I decided to give it a try, Azaria the manager is super nice. I was in a hurry when I came the first time I wanted to get in on the deal before it expired. She was super patient she gave me the tour and all. Then when I was able to go back for my first sesh she answered all my questions gave me tons of tips. Let me tell you I was hooked now she can’t get rid of me. I go 6 days a week rotating hitt and isometrics with the FX Zone which is a section with some free weights and other things. The bathrooms are always super clean they take really good care of their saunas as well.

I'm a healthcare professional and refer my patients to this location all the time. I come here regularly. I don't get compensated for referring patients here, but it's been very useful in that I can come in anytime I want and always be able to get in an intense workout in a short amount of time while also burning a lot more calories because I'm in the infrared sauna. All my tension in my body melts away when I exercise this way. I like the variety of different options as well.
