I have worked at Home Instead since 2016, and I have to say it's the best company I've ever worked for. The ownership has integrity and really cares for the clients and caregivers that are served or employed there. Home Instead even took care of my own grandmother and did a fantastic job of ensuring her safety and needs were met with a positive influence. I can't recommend this company enough! They really do care!!
I'm reviewing as an employee. I've been working with Home Instead for about 4 months. I've been so impressed with the friendliness of the staff and desire to give you the schedule that fits best for you. I'm having an amazing experience being a caretaker, and truly enjoy my job!
