Staff is fine, but Tonya needs some serious time away from customers. So insensitive, and rude. Every time I come across her there always seems to be attitude if not with me but other customers. Cannot seem to take accountability when wrong and puts the blame on YOU, the customer. Her energy is very negative and is not a good reflection towards the company, and Dr. Kimball.
Dr. Kimball embodies the complete opposite. He is accepting of all, and knows how to handle each customer with care. Every. Single. Time. I am on the spectrum and it’s hard coming across genuine people like Mr. Kimball and unfortunately I will be dealing with Tonya in order to receive services from Mr. Kimball

“My Eye Dr.” is the best! If Dr. Kimball and his team Samantha, Axel, Tonya, Stephany, Ginger and the rest of the crew happened to move across the country, I would have to book flights for all of my eye exams and ordering of glasses. That’s how great they are! Thank you for taking care of me and my family, the last 20 years!

Got a prescription safety voucher from my work to redeem here. I work Monday - Thursday during business hours, so naturally, I come in on a Friday with my completed form that my optometrist has filled out… just to find out “we don’t do safety glasses on Friday, Monday - Thursday only.”
So I show up the next week on a Thursday after having to leave work early just to find out “oh we need your optometrist to print your prescription.”
MF then why even have a place on the form for it to be filled out by my optometrist?? Why didn’t you tell me last time I was here that I also needed a printed copy of my prescription?? I’ve now wasted at least 1.5 hours just in driving because you have been unclear about your procedures for getting safety glasses.
