I went into the Urgent Care with a cough & sore throat that I had for nearly 4 months. My plan was to ask for a cough suppressant & go on my way. Luckily for me, I saw Alexis Jones, Physician Assistant. She examined me thoroughly, asked me thoughtful questions, and came up with a couple of possible treatment options. I really appreciated that she engaged me in my own care. That is a rarity these days- and frankly why most of my doctors are at Granger. Thank you for treating a patient and not a symptom, Alexis!
The receptionist was friendly and helped us check in, I had cut open my right hand and couldn’t do much, she was great at getting everything filled out. We got back in the room with the doctor very quickly, and the doctor got me stitched up and on our way.
I’ve gone here several times since my insurance changed and no longer is covered with IHC facilities. The doctors here have always been great, actually listen to me and always give me the right treatment to get better. I haven’t had any bad experiences and I’d recommend it for sure!
