Great first experience with Black Widow Pest control. Easy to schedule, convenient and paperless agreement; technician was prompt, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Looking forward to continued services.
This was my second time working with professional pest control and I was on the fence about hiring people versus doing it myself. We started seeing a lot of black widows so I just I decided to get people who knew what they were doing, and I'm glad that I did! They were so patient with me and came back to my house to spray again twice more when I saw more spiders a few weeks after the first treatment. (Which was free because they guarantee the treatment 30 to 90 days, depending on the treatment frequency that you pay for.) We've now met TWO technicians and both were very knowledgeable, kind and patient as they answered all of our questions and walked us through the process. I am VERY impressed with this company and how they actually care about their job and their customers! Way to go!
