Speed and acceleration training is the best exercise I’ve ever done for myself, and it’s the best exercise I can think of for kids. I wish my parents had enrolled me in a program like this at a very young age. The number one thing that will set your kids apart from other athletes is their speed!
You guys have to check this place out. They have the best technology to help create a custom program and measure your progress toward your goals. I am a physical therapist and I highly recommend this place to any athlete of any age. And if your child is getting started late on sports then this place will help them catch up and even get a leg up on all other athletes his or her age.
