“I had my backyard and side yard designed and xeriscaped by Naylorscapes. First of all, they showed up which is more than I can say for the other two companies I wanted quotes from. Next, they were on time and very professional. They redid my sprinkler system and laid sod in the main part of my backyard. I have a slight slope in my backyard so they build cedar trellises and cedar steps filled with chat gravel. They built and designed a dry creek bed that looks awesome. Next they cut into the slope and made a flagstone fire pit area with a boulder retaining wall that is just cool. A path leads up my side yard with more cedar steps and a chat gravel path from around the front that leads into the backyard. They planted about 120 plants and trees covered in mulch but the coolest thing is there is a most line running through all the landscaping to water the plants but the line is covered by the mulch causing only the roots to get watered without a sloppy mess caused by drainage. They set my sprinkler timer so from start to finish the job was completely hands-free on my part and only took just over a week. If I could give 10 stars I would. I literally have a yard that could be in a magazine. Naylorscapes is simply amazing.“

“We do not believe we could say enough about how much we appreciate the service we received from Green Touch Lawn Care. We live in a 55 plus, HOA community in North Ogden, Utah, known as Cherry Springs Villas. There are 84 residents living here, next to the Barn Golf Course. Our former lawn care company, because of sheer negligence, destroyed 36,997.5 square feet of lawn surrounding the homes and areas of Cherry Springs. Green Touch personnel removed and replaced 36,997.5 square feet of sod. Last summer our lawns looked beautiful. We, the Board, received a number of comments from residents expressing their feelings, in terms of how nice our community looked. An impressive feature relative to Green Touch personnel is how receptive they are to ideas and suggestions for improving our landscape. “Top notch people, work and materials! I could not have had a better experience than I did with Simplified. Highly recommend! They razed and redid my whole back and side yard, it was a big job. Sherri was outstanding to work with on the planning and management side. I feel lucky she just happened to be there when I walked into the office. She always has a positive attitude, which is so great when something big and important is happening at your property. She kept everything running smoothly; at no time were they behind on the work, and even coordinated well with some subs who were working on other parts of the overall project. Adan was the crew chief on my jobsite and he was also outstanding to work with. He paid close attention to details, and was a perfectionist even with things that would never be seen once the job was done (like grading for rain and snow runoff). He also did a lot of little things on his own initiative that were just thoughtful, like dividing and replanting some iris that were already here to enhance the appearance of one side of my yard. He is also always positive. The crew enjoyed working with and for him, which was great to see and also told me a lot about the company.“

“I called this company today to talk to them about an issue with my yard. The builder never graded my yard, and I was asking this company if they could help with that. They said they could, but it would be expensive to do. So the woman, I was talking to advised me on multiple ways that I could flatten out my yard effectively without breaking the bank. I really appreciated that she took the time to spend to help. Explain different options to help me do that. She could’ve just as easily said yeah we can do it and charged me a lot of money, but she didn’t do that. She looked out for my best interest. It’s hard to find a company that will do that.“

Any negative response from the time of COVID-19 is unrealistic and unfair. Most companies had staffing issues during that time for a variety of reasons.
