We had Shay and his team help us unload our furnishings and set things up. Shay was really responsive in replying to emails. Tyson and Landon showed up early. They worked with us to get things in the right places (with multiple changes as we organized. The young men were pleasant hard working easy to communicate with and great to work with. I have so many amazing things to say about Shay and his team I don't even know where to start! Shay was patient with me over the course of (probably over) a month while I was in the midst of large life decisions and changes. He’s quick to respond, transparent with pricing, understanding about unique circumstances, flexible, so so easy to schedule with and so rad! His crew: I worked with Noah, Ty, Scott, and Shay. My move was in two parts/different days and after the first part I knew they were the absolute best!! I was so anxious and stressed about the entire ordeal but the guys all had a great mood and reassured me that I wasn’t a burden at all. We were cracking jokes by the end of day one and I felt so comfortable with their vibes, and the work they were doing! The team is quick, careful, and actually cares about you as a human. They turned a really difficult emotional time for me into a comfortable, professional, and successful experience - I wish I would’ve found S&S sooner!! Thanks again guys!
From the second these guys got to our home, they jumped right in and started loading and were in such good spirits. We’ve moved countless times due to military, and I have never seen such humble people that are happy to be helping/working. They were very communicative, and if we needed something moved elsewhere while they were unloading they did it without hesitation. They also built new beds I had for my kids right out of the box for us because our tools were packed. You pay by the hour and let me tell you - these men Do. Not. Stop. Not until the move is finished! They don’t take advantage of the fact that they are being paid by the hour. If we ever move again, s&s will be the only company I will trust.
