Pro Flow HVAC provides great service, installing new heaters and AC units very professionally while cleaning everything up and explaining warranties and system operations. The team is professional and responsive, replacing air-conditioning/heating units within a day of contact, which is very helpful for keeping homes comfortable. They are easy to work with, do a nice job modifying duct work, install everything quickly, and can set up contractors for related electrical work. Customers highly recommend calling Proflow for all HVAC needs.
I can’t recommend Johnny enough! He came out and installed an entirely new HVAC system for me, and I’m seriously so grateful. From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, professional, dependable, and made the whole process so much less stressful than I expected.
He took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly, explained what he was doing, answered all of my questions, and didn’t cut corners. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and about taking care of his customers.
Johnny had the air-conditioning/heating unit replaced within a day of contacting him. Which was very helpful as the upstairs of the townhouse rental gets too hot during the day for the four legged furry friends that prefer hanging out in the upstairs bedrooms while everyone is gone for the day.
