I would like to recognize Shane Mack as being an outstanding employee of the Office Depot in Bountiful. There were some problems with an order I had placed on a desk and the assembly that was also ordered. Rather than trying to satisfy me by doing the bare minimum of checking on the history of what was the status of my desk and assembly, he put in as much time as it would take to track down the order, watch the video of my purchase to make sure that all information had been entered in correctly and then called Apollo, waiting on the phone for some time, to get the correct answers as to why my desk had not been assembled as originally scheduled. He found all the answers. He did everything to my satisfaction. I rarely see this kind of customer service. He is an awesome representative of the company and I would ask for him and recommend him to anyone going into the Bountiful store. The BEST lashes for those who have seen our volume dwindle with age. I lashes hopped for months until I stumbled upon Teelored Lashes over three year ago. I won’t have extensions from anyone else. Chantee is the amazing at lashes but she is also an incredible human which count as my Freind.
Dr. Lodrick is a wizard. I have worn glasses for 40 years. I am always amazed how clear things look in the examination room, but when I get glasses, my right eye is always slightly blurry. I explained this to Dr. Lodrick and he knew exactly what the problem was. The automatic examination optics have limitations which don't work with my eyes. He took time to pull out his collection of individual lenses to fine tune my examination. Perfect. At 60 yrs old, i can see clearly for the first time in my life. I so appreciate Dr. Lodrick!
The prices here are affordable and my results have been wonderful. They listen to you if you ask for your treatments at a higher or lower laser setting and they will go at your pace. I don’t have any hair growth on my treated areas and I still have 5 treatments left.
Andie was fantastic! She was incredibly friendly and made Lucy feel totally comfortable from the moment we walked in. She did an amazing job with the cut and styling—Lucy looked great and the whole experience was smooth and quick. We were done before we even realized it. Highly recommend Andie if you're looking for someone great with kids and skilled with styling!
Izzy is awesome. Just thinking about visiting her brings me a smile. She is super personable and very patient. She has no problem carrying a full, fun conversation while also applying her haircutting skills and making sure I get exactly what I am wanting. I am very pleased with every cut I get from her. Can’t wait to see her again.
