Superior customer service! I didn't even use this service because I didn't realize they were in the wrong city, but I called, explained my situation, and they were very upfront with costs and let me know that they were not in that area but would still help me if I wanted to pay the bit extra to have them come to my area of service. They were professional, used a kind tone and were empathetic. I even got a "Good luck to ya!" At the end of the call :) I would use them based off of my one phone call with them if they were in my area.
ROBBIE rescued my little Mercedes for me and showed up so quickly and even went to the extra trouble of performing a lockout on my car as I had left the key for him in the gas tank and my car unexpectedly locked itself locking the key into the gas tank. I watched Robbie meticulously unload my low sitting car and operating the tow truck and was very impressed with his patience and precision. 5 starts for Robbie and DeWaals!
