I was on vacation in Hurricane Utah and acciddntly stepped on my glasses that i purchased it Walmart. Siri initially took me to the Southern St George Walmart and the techs had trouble making the adjustment to my frames. So they recommended i try the Washington Walmart and Deanna was a miracle worker. She went the extra mile to take the lenses out and adjust the frame perfectly. And they were as good as new. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Deanna

Deanna's custom service is beyond exceptional!! I have come in several times with abnormal requests and she helps me every time. I have a very long story of the multiple times she helped. So keep reading for details otherwise just know Deanna is the best!I went through a saga of getting glasses online. I wanted to try ones on that were the same size as online and she let me use a ruler to measure what i was trying on so that i could compare what was online. When i got the online glasses there was an issue with lenses and i had to go elsewhere to get lenses put in the frames. Deanna went above and beyond to help my son! It was late, and she helped us find glasses that would fit his existing lenses because he had broken his frames and was quite unhappy. Before she found the perfect frames, she tested about every frame in the store. I felt terrible since I had missed closing time by thirty minutes, but she reassured me that getting the right glasses was more crucial. My son walked in there in tears and was smiling by the time we got home. Thank you Deanna!
