They have a good amount of plants, but could be better. If I want something Star does not have, I go to a nursery in Hurricane. They have many ground covers that Star does not have. Springtime is the best time to buy plants at Star, because the selection is better.
Star has alot of healthy crepe myrtle trees, which thrive in this area with their beautiful blooms in the summer. In a desert environment these trees are phenomenal and are non-invasive.

I’d like to share a big shout-out and heartfelt thank you to Angie at Star Nursery. Nearly every weekend I work on projects, she’s right there, greeting customers with an upbeat attitude and genuine enthusiasm. No matter how busy the day is, Angie remains patient, approachable, and more than willing to help. Even if she doesn’t know an answer off the top of her head, she’s quick to find it. Her commitment to customer satisfaction and her team is unmatched, and she truly embodies the kind of employee everyone else should aim to be. It’s clear that Angie loves what she does—she’s a shining example of wonderful service.

Star Nursery has many star employees that make doing business locally a wonderful experience. I have been doing business professionally with Star Nursery for 5 years without a single issue. Colton and Brittany deserve academy awards as Best Supporting cast members. Enjoli gets the Oscar for Best actress in a staring roll for everything she does flawlessly! Unfortunately I will be leaving Utah and will never be able to replace the ease and pleasant opportunity to work with these 3 friends. Colton, Brittany, and especially Enjoli, it has been an absolute pleasure to work with you for years.
