It was easy to connect with them over phone call and text; when texting I received timely responses. During the whole process there was communication that was helpful and I was never left hanging. It was clear they cared about me and my roofing needs. In addition, the roofers and (I wish I could remember his name) one of their helpers or maybe he was a supervisor, he assisted in doing some extra work our home required and did such a great job.
