I was really impressed with this company; their work ethic and customer service skills were a breath of fresh air. It was easy to connect with them over phone call and text; when texting I received timely responses. During the whole process there was communication that was helpful and I was never left hanging. It was clear they cared about me and my roofing needs. This company was so outstanding that I had to leave a review. I was not at all surprised to see that mine was joining 214 five star reviews. They were amazing to work with from start to finish. Their pricing was competitive and they were very thorough. We live out of the area and they kept us informed with texts, phone calls, and lots of photos. I highly recommend them.
Our HOA highly recommends Rio Roofing! Finding patient, knowledgeable contractors who understand community needs is tough, but the Rio team was perfect for us.
They replaced our massive, old asphalt clubhouse roof with a beautiful, lifetime metal roof below budget and right on schedule. How they cleaned all the construction mess all around the perimeter is beyond me, but we are so very thankful.
Before installing it, they thoroughly analyzed our roof and attic space to permanently fix our inadequate ventilation and thin plywood issues.
