Tyler is wonderful. He goes the extra mile to make sure that the job is completed. He took extra time to explain the results of his findings. I like Tyler and hope he will be our Kuhn’s service specialist in the future.

We appreciated the communication prior to our service reminding us of the appointment as well as the text of the day of service. The text included his picture and Frank called prior to arriving. He was on time and very professional yet down to earth as easy to talk to about he was going to do. He was upfront on any charges, so no surprises. Frank was very thorough and spent an appropriate amount of time on the tune up of our 2 units outside and air handlers. He also went around to multiple registers to verify air temperature output. Very thankful to have Kuhn's HVAC taking care of me. Monica was super knowledgeable and nice got my AC up and running in no time. Very happy to have the Kuhn's team helping me keep my cool this summer.
