Brian was very responsive and had an opening within several days of my request. He sent a reminder prior to the day, arrived on time and got to work quickly. He was very informative throughout the process willingly answering my questions and sharing information at every step of the way. Chris was very diligent with her inspection inside the house ensuring all areas were inspected and feedback given. Brian provided a summary on sight at the completion of his work and had the full report in my email before the end of the day.

Brian and his crew from Healymonster are the real deal with regards to a detailed home inspection. They performed a meticulous search of all areas of the house documenting all the faults down to cracks on the wall and after they were finished, they explained the issues they found and made suggestions on what they recommended to address each one. Would most definitely recommend them to anyone we know!!
