I called Free flow Plumbing and Drains on a Saturday morning after having been kept awake all night by my older than dirt water softener that was on its last leg and made loud water and water pressure noises all night that no homeowner wants to hear. Coy was so helpful and polite, and he dispatched his employee, Evan, right away that same day to come to my house for an evaluation. These gentlemen are knowledgeable, professional, hard-working, kind, and they truly do an excellent job. Despite the ridiculously busy demands for your time and service as you selflessly gave back to the community by providing clean water to those in need and free video inspections for everyone with backed up storm drains following our weekend of monsoons, you still showed up at my house on the same day I called requesting service not to mention that your arrival time was already almost 2 hours after your advertised closing time and you stayed until my plumbing needs were resolved extending your work day an extra 3.5 hours to make sure my home had functioning toilets and the showers and laundry were usable... read full review

We had an issue with a drain at our place of business. It was affecting our place and the building next to ours It was 9:00 pm! when we called them. Free Flow came fixed the problem and got us up and running again. They were fantastic and very personable. I would recommend them to everyone!!
