I had never had a facial it was nice.
When I went to pay however, it cost about $30 more than I was quoted on the phone. I asked about it and was told “I’m sorry for the mix up, but was still charged the extra $30 I wasn’t planning to pay. Very disappointing in that tid bit of customer service. Be prepared with a quote In Written form, because what they tell you over the phone e might not be what your charged after the services.“
