I don’t like bashing businesses. I only am writing this to spread awareness. I was very unhappy with the results of my nails, the attitude of my nail artist, and a few other things I’ll mention at the end.

Firstly, not great customer service. Not just to me, but to other people that were coming in. The man who seems to run the business was really blunt to many people asking about appointments, and shooed a lot of people off. It’s not a crazy huge deal, but it wasn’t very polite. I have been visiting Michael at Lee Nails for years, and he consistently provides exceptional service for both me and my daughters. His gentle touch, professionalism, and impressive skills make every appointment enjoyable. As someone who values time, I greatly appreciate how efficiently he works, allowing me to get in and out without compromising quality. The nails he creates are not only beautiful but also durable enough to withstand my outdoor activities. I highly recommend Michael for anyone looking for a top-notch nail technician!

My grandma and I came in to get a pedicure. The pedicure was great and the staff that helped us were so nice and took good care of us. However when we walked in, neither my grandma and I could hear the staff at the front. We kept saying “what” and the gentleman, very kindly, kept repeating himself. But then the older lady staff member yelled at us. She wasn’t even the staff member that was helping us out or greeting us when we walked in so I don’t know why she felt the need to yell at us when she could clearly see that we weren’t able to hear the first times. As I said, the service was great but am not impressed by the older lady staff member.
