Spoiled Energy and Day Spa

I have had several massages here by probably all of the therapists and have really enjoyed each one. The peppermint bliss 90 min is my personal favorite, but the massage Amy did today was the best massage I have ever had! She was great at communicating while still letting me relax. She was able to really work out some problem areas and I felt so relaxed when I was done. I am already planning my next visit. Cant recommend them enough!

I've been going to Emylea since I was pregnant with my daughter over a year ago and she is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had! The prenatal massage were just what I needed, and now after baby I continue to go to her for migraine relief and help with my scoliosis and other back and neck pain. She is so attentive to your needs, so kind and easy to talk to, she takes an interest in you as a person and feels like a long time friend. When I moved away from Tremonton, I still make the 45 minute commute because no one is better than Emylea!!!

I’m not from that part of town and had an appointment cancel so I thought I would take some time to relax. What Amy did and the energy put into the massage helped me emotionally and physically and was something I desperately needed. I thank her greatly and she really has the sweetest heart. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone. I will try to make my way back up there again for sure. Thank you!!
