Service was good, the payment and patient set up was confusing. Got a text about the bill with first contact that included threats of late fees. Billing is 3rd parts and cell phone based. Why cant I just go in and pay? Think I will try a different place that is easier to work with when it comes to billing.

Was seen for an esthetic consult by an RN. It felt rushed and impersonal but sufficient enough info. My experience earlier this year with the MD though was top tier but I did not leave a review for that at the time so putting it here now!

I was seen by provider Jim Carly PA-C. I had some skin concerns and I really appreciated that he listened and didn’t dismiss my concerns like I feel my past Dermatologist (different clinic) had. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed through the appointment. He took the time to answer my questions which was great. I will definitely be going back to Tooele Dermatology.
