Contacts never received last January 1/25. Tried to get in contact with someone in regard to refund on product. $375 down the drain not a penny returned over a year later. They sent a receipt stating a check would be sent in and a refund would be returned within two weeks. People stopped answering phones. Heard they were looking at lawsuit and had to shut down business.

I can't get through to a single person via phone call! It rings for about two minutes and then drops the call, every single time! Their website is also trash as none of the links work to schedule an appointment or find locations! I've also found 3 different phone numbers for the same location, none of them work. This place was recommended to me by a doctor and I'm going to let them know that it's not even worth sending anyone here since they clearly don't care about customer service if no one ever answers the phones and the website never works.
***Side note, I've been trying the phone and website for over 2 months with the same results...

Im not sure how this company has even a 4 star review. I honestly feel like they would have to pay people for fake reviews. I paid a high price for my glasses and was even given a warranty which they did honor. However when my glasses were scratched and I was unable to use them Standard Optical told me that they were signing a new contract with a new company and to call back in two weeks. This was 3 months ago now. When I called back they said to give them two more weeks and then again at the end of that two weeks. Finally they said I could order them but it may take 4-5 months.
