This place is a money pit, doctors don’t know what they are talking about, I got diagnosed with ceratoconus and doctors suggested glasses, fast forward I got my glasses and my vision was worst with them on, when I told them the glasses didn’t help that was when they told me it would be 250 for it to be corrected, the glasses cost around 650 plus the additives they added, I knew this place was a scam when I went to oquirrh mountain eye care and their doctors told me that glasses don’t fix my condition, and then it hit me almost a thousand dollars lost. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR EYE CARE DO NOT GO HERE. Oquirrh mountain eye care have better doctors and are more professional.

I’ve been coming here for years and every single experience with the people that work at the front desk has been horrible. They have terrible terrible attitudes and are not only impatient but short and extremely rude. Working in the medical field requires a kind person, their job is literally to help people and take care of them. Rude and disrespectful people don’t belong in health care and they need to seriously up their game with their customer service.

I've been to this Optometrist once, as I usually go to an ophthalmologist up at the hospital He was good and tge only complaint I have is he seems to be booked out, no quick appointments and I am bad at waiting.The optician is WONDERFUL. She helped me pick the perfect frames for me. I get compliments all of the time. She also had patience which is greatly appreciated. Im not a difficult customer, I dont think, but am indecisive! Some find this frustrating.
