GTM Builders is great to work with in building a new home. They are incredible to build with, offering fully customized floor plans, which others would not do. The team is very easy to get ahold of, professional, clear, and transparent with the entire process, providing all necessary information. They are very accommodating and willing to work with requests. Despite material price fluctuations, their price and completion date never budged, demonstrating integrity. Their build quality is excellent. For minor details found after moving in, they are mostly accommodating in addressing them, although sometimes slow to complete these final fixes. Working with them is the best choice for such a large purchase.
GTM was incredible to build with. They fully customized our floor plan (something no other builder would do), were very easy to get ahold of, and despite massive price fluctuations of materials their price and completion date never budged. It will probably be the largest purchase I ever make, so working with a group with that kind of integrity, open communication and build quality is the best choice i have ever made.
GTM Builders was great to work with in building our new home. They were very accommodating and willing to work with our requests as best as they could. They were professional and clear with the process and transparent with everything. Provided us with all the information we needed for our new home... there have been some minor details that we've caught so far in the house that we didn't catch during our "blue taping" and so far, GTM has been mostly accommodating, although slow. There are also a couple of things they said they'd fix but haven't gotten around to those yet. Will be following up with them soon.
Will probably update this review after our 1 year in the house.
