We are in a new house and the heater was not working this morning. Called this company and they responded immediately with a quick response and a service tech to be dispatched in a couple hours. The technician was polite and very knowledgeable. Quickly figured out our thermostat was not working, possibly due to the last outage. He left to pick up a new thermostat and got us up and running quickly without any issues. Thanks for your courtesy, promptness, and knowledge. Highly recommend this company for your ac or heating needs.
