I feel comfortable taking my dog here. While the wait was a bit longer than expected, I appreciate that the vet took the time to thoroughly explain everything and provide helpful advice. This attention to detail and care likely contributed to the wait, but it's a trade-off I'm more than willing to make. The vet was incredibly kind to my dog and demonstrated genuine care.
We love countryside! They took excellent care of our sweet lab who recently passed due to fast progressing cancer and one of my other dogs just recently for a hematoma on her ear. These vets know their stuff, yes it is a long wait to be seen that's definately the only downside is I have never waited this long at a vet before (40-60 minutes past appointment time to be brought back) but if you plan your schedule accordingly and know it will be a wait it's not bad, they are great vets with a lot of patients they are trying to see so it's totally understandable and well worth the wait because you don't feel rushed, the vets take their time to listen to you.
First and foremost id like to publicly apologize about my previous review about Country side vet clinic and the veterinarian(s) who work there.
The only thing bigger than me is my heart and love for animals. And after hearing my pup was going through the wringer i got ahead of myslef and was rude in my review about this place.
I didnt have the full picture or context of the entire situation since i didnt ride out to tooele to pick up our dog.
I care about the dogs/cats in this house i live in more than i do about myself in general.
Alot of love and care goes into taking care of a pet and even more so to take care of other peoples pets.
