So happy we called Big Jim’s to get our carpet cleaned. We moved into a house with a family room with gross pet stains that we wanted to get rid of. We set an appointment which they were so friendly and helpful! They were able to get rid of the stains and smell! I am so happy how my carpet looks now! I definitely recommend them and will be calling them in the future to do the rest of our home.
