Lilly was our funeral director. She was foremost kind and caring. She also has excellent knowledge of the funeral business and was able to make suggestions. She also was a good listener and was willing to do things our way if we didn't want to use her suggestions. She went out of her way to make sure our funeral service was a good experience. Since then we have interacted with other members at the funeral home and they have been great too.
Michael McDougal gave our family the most excellent attention. Everything was beautiful and he made terrific suggestions to help make our services for Sandra better. He didn’t rush us and let our family take the time we needed to say goodbye. I would recommend this funeral home again! All of the staff were kind and helpful!
I shopped around several funeral homes when my father passed, and McDougal was the clear choice. A lot of that came down to Michael, the funeral director I worked with. He answered every question I had, offered advice on things I hadn't even thought to ask about, and was genuinely warm and human in a way that made a hard situation feel more manageable. They were also the most affordable option of all the places I called for the type of service I was looking for. This was the first death in my immediate family, so I had no clue what I was getting into, and Michael and his team felt like a partner every step of the way.
